Join a team supporting critical high-voltage power infrastructure as a Control Center Technician. We are seeking an experienced Control Center Technician, for a substation in Tracy, CA, to perform maintenance, testing, inspections, and emergency response activities at a utility-scale substation facility.

Responsibilities of Control Center Technician:

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of substation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair transformers, circuit breakers, switches, and related systems.
• Coordinate switching activities and support grid reliability initiatives.
• Maintain compliance documentation and safety records.
• Respond to equipment alarms, outages, and emergency situations.
• Support contractors and specialized service providers during maintenance activities.

Qualifications of Control Center Technician:

• 3-5 years of experience in high-voltage substations, utility operations, or renewable energy facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and diagnostic testing practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• OSHA, NFPA 70E, CPR, and First Aid certifications are preferred.
