Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize wafer fabrication equipment, including diffusion, LPCVD, PVD, spin, and lithography tools on 200mm and 300mm platforms.;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure high tool availability and stable production.;
Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, board layouts, and signal path analysis to identify root causes of failures.;
Carry out board-level repairs and component replacements using standard electrical test equipment and established procedures.;
Support and maintain complex subsystems such as vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, RF/DC power supplies, and temperature control units.
