About this rolePosition Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is collaborative, ethical, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and provide ongoing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Ensure treatment fidelity and quality of ABA services across settings (clinic, school, home, or community)
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in IEP meetings or care coordination meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
- Ensure services comply with BACB ethical standards

- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active California license/registration (as required by state regulations)
- Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Experience in school-based, clinic-based, or early intervention settings
- Familiarity with California insurance providers and documentation requirements
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (SLP, OT, PT, educators)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 annually
, commensurate with experience, caseload, and employment status (full-time/part-time).
