About this role

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents. This role plays a critical part in supporting skill development, communication, and positive behavior across home, school, and clinical settings.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during sessions
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, self‑help, and play skills
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Communicate professionally with families regarding session goals and progress
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
  • Attend required trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate children in a positive, supportive manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy, school, clinic, or home-based settings
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with data collection systems or electronic documentation
