Competitive Pay: $19.50 - $22/hr – highly competitive. We offer pay above the industry standards in San Joaquin county because we expect the best from our caregivers!

- Caregiver of the Month recognition
- Mileage reimbursement for driving clients or between client shifts
- $50 for each new Caregiver you refer
- $100 for each new Client referral
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register before hire
- Negative TB test within the last 2 years
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- 1–2 years caregiving experience (home care, senior living, hospital, or CNA/MA/LVN)
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and strong communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
- Paid Sick Time annually

- Full-time office support whenever you need it
- Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
- Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings - Communicate regularly with families and the care management team
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues
