Company Overview
Quickvee is a leading all-in-one Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce platform purpose-built for high-velocity retail environments. We provide merchants with cutting-edge hardware—and a robust software ecosystem that manages everything from age-restricted compliance to multi-location reporting.
Our mission is to empower local merchants through technology, bridging the gap between in-store operations and online consumer engagement.
The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site as a full-time contributor. You will own the communication lifecycle for the entire Quickvee ecosystem, architecting and managing automated email journeys for four distinct audiences: Prospective Merchants, Current Users, Reseller Partners, and Marketplace Consumers.
This role is critical for driving feature awareness and software adoption. You will ensure that every new software version and hardware iteration is successfully communicated to maximize the success of our merchants and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Release Communications: Design and execute high-impact email campaigns for new software versions, ensuring merchants understand technical improvements and new functionalities.
- Feature Adoption: Create educational content and drip sequences to introduce specific new features (e.g., updated reporting modules, new loyalty integrations, or compliance tools).
- Hardware Promotion: Manage the launch of new hardware versions and accessories, guiding merchants through the benefits of upgrading to the latest Quickvee equipment.
- Acquisition: Develop and deploy outreach campaigns to attract and sign new ISOs, banking partners, and independent resellers.
- Enablement: Create "ready-to-use" email marketing assets for our partners to help them successfully market Quickvee to their own portfolios.
- Network Engagement: Maintain a consistent communication cadence with our partner network regarding platform updates and program enhancements.
- Onboarding: Design automated triggers to guide new merchants through the initial setup and "first-sale" milestones on their Quickvee POS.
- Engagement: Identify "stickiness" opportunities by promoting high-value features such as age-verification automation and multi-location management.
- Churn Prevention: Monitor engagement metrics and deploy re-engagement campaigns to ensure long-term merchant success.
- Marketplace Growth: Drive repeat traffic to our marketplace through abandoned cart recovery, product restock reminders, and personalized recommendations.
- Local Connectivity: Execute geo-targeted campaigns that alert consumers to promotions at their favorite local Quickvee-powered stores.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing (B2B SaaS or Fintech experience preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRM and ESP platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Klaviyo, or similar). Ability to manage complex segmentation and automation workflows.
- Product Marketing Sensibility: The ability to translate technical updates and software versions into clear, value-driven benefits for merchants.
- Strategic Writing: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional business partners, retail store owners, and everyday consumers.
- Availability: This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates must be able to work from our office daily to collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Impact: You will be a core driver of growth for a platform that supports thousands of small business owners.
- Innovation: Work at the intersection of Fintech, SaaS, and E-commerce.
- Collaboration: Benefit from a high-energy, on-site environment where you can interact directly with leadership and the core product team.
