Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for an IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center. The role supports IT inventory management, equipment allocation, RMA and repair processes, and works closely with the Junior and Senior Technicians to keep the facility operational.
Responsibilities- Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of IT assets.
- Manage the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
- Support IT technicians on daily projects and activities.
- Report directly to the IT manager for the Fulfillment Center.
- Understanding of basic computer and network concepts and terms.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand or walk for 10–12 hours at a time.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Highly motivated and customer‑centric attitude.
- Experience maintaining inventory levels, including storage and procurement.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.
Location:
USA, CA, Tracy
Hourly rate: $21.00–$23.00, plus applicable shift differentials. Additional earnings such as overtime pay and performance bonuses may be available. Benefits include EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, and 401(k) matching. Learn more at
