Equipment Coordinator

Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center, where teams handle millions of items from thousands of vendors and ship them worldwide each day.

• Allocate, maintain, and audit IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Manage the RMA and repair processes for all devices under warranty.
• Support Junior and Senior Technicians on daily projects and activities.
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and inventory of IT assets assigned to the department.
• Maintain standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.

• Understanding of basic computer and network concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for 10‑12 hours at a time.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High motivation and customer‑centric attitude.

• Experience maintaining inventory levels, including storage and procurement.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Strong prioritization skills aligned with department and production goals.

The starting pay for this position is $21.00‑$23.00 USD hourly, based on shift selection and location. As part of our total compensation, you are eligible for overtime, performance bonuses, as well as benefits such as EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, 401(k) matching, and more.
