Williams-Sonoma is seeking a desktop support resource for a 12-month contract onsite in Tracy, CA, joining a small team to deliver end-user technology support. The role focuses on 100% Windows PC support, printer connectivity (Lexmark/Xerox), break-fix, and Outlook issues.
Expect to handle 10-15 tickets per day on Service Now; hardware includes Windows CE handhelds and truck devices. Some Android support and training on new hardware will be provided.
