Electrical Project Manager

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Top ENR Electrical Contractor is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join a growing team. This individual will lead commercial construction projects from planning to closeout and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while aligning with our core values.

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects—design, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and progress; generate reports and communicate updates.
• Evaluate, document, and negotiate change orders and their impact on cost and scope.
• Lead cost control efforts, conduct financial forecasting, and process monthly billing.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate and reinforce company values in all interactions and decisions.

• Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of commercial electrical project management experience with (K-12, Higher Education, Offices, Hospitals, Medical Facilities, Warehouses)
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, costs, and teams effectively.
• Skilled in budgeting, change order management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and familiar with industry safety and quality standards.
