Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join its Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center cost‑effectively, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.
WhatYou’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and elevate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
- Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision making.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e‑commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
- Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.

- Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,600.00 – $67,000.00.
