We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor Plumbing to lead and coordinate our production team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth operations by setting performance goals, organizing workflows, coaching employees, and solving production challenges while maintaining high safety standards.

• Set performance goals aligned with production schedules
• Organize and delegate tasks clearly to the team
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback
• Identify and resolve production issues using PDCA methodology
• Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Foster cross‑department collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Leadership
• Ensure clear communication of expectations and procedures

• Enforce company policies and legal requirements, including safety protocols
• Take disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain standards

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production
• 5+ years of related experience in managing plumbing technicians.
• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
• Education from college, trade school or military.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks.
• Recognize a thorough understanding of the plumbing industry.
• The ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of production prints, PEX/PVC, and basic plumbing installations.
• Proven ability to evaluate, coach, and communicate effectively with employees.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing time efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency and clear communication skills.
• Preferred bilingual professional with fluency in Spanish and English, able to support diverse teams and customer bases.

The Pay Range for this position is $39 - $43 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also offer the following benefits:
