Salary Range: $ To $ Annually

Oversee daily operations for cabinet manufacturing. Initiate, Drive and Lead production teams focused on improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

• Oversee the entire production process from start to finish.
• Monitor workflow and resolve disruptions.
• Supervise, motivate and provide feedback to production staff.
• Set performance standards for direct reports and provide feedback.
• Assist direct reports in all HR activities including recruitment, evaluations, promotions, disciplinary action and terminations.
• Organize and lead training activities.
• Utilize lean tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with other departments including Purchasing, sales, customer service, engineering and maintenance.
• Develop and utilize daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to monitor and report on performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Self motivated with strong interpersonal communication and cross-functional skills.
• Leadership/ supervisory skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service bias.

• College degree preferred or experience equivalent.
• Knowledge and skill in MS office software.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of wood working products used in cabinet manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement (preferred).
• 4-10 years of experience in a management capacity.
