Forklift Operator Warehouse

Position Overview

Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Tracy, California.

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.00 added for 3rd shift

• 5 days per week, multiple schedules available
• 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Stand‑up forklift, clamp, and slip sheet attachments

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Complete day‑to‑day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours of production.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator’s license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record.
• Possesses a high degree of initiative and demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Can lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and use health and safety methods.
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule across various shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
