Machine Operator, Manufacturing Production
Location:
75 W Valpico Road, Tracy, California 95376.
8hr-3rd Shift (United States of America). The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. The role is responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line and following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities- Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
- Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
- Works effectively with others, maintaining a team attitude.
- Participates in continuous improvement processes to drive change.
- Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies and safety standards.
- Maintains a clutter-free, clean, and organized work area.
- Performs preventive maintenance and mechanical changes such as mold, neck, blow pin.
- Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
- Adheres to quality control and blow mold process procedures.
- Troubleshoots and resolves process problems, performing minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
- Inspects bottles during production, performing drop tests, and other quality checks.
- Monitors supply levels of packaging materials and replenishes as needed.
- Escalates bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues immediately.
- Moves finished goods to designated areas and prepares daily production reports.
- Documents maintenance request forms and equipment repairs.
- Receives job instructions from Lead Operator or Supervisor; applies sound professional judgment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Suitable for plant-specific duties based on equipment.

Experience- Basic mathematical skills.
- Basic computer experience.
- Blow mold experience.
- Prefer High School diploma or GED.
- Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.
Requires frequent standing, walking, hand use, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
Work EnvironmentRegular exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, temperature fluctuations. Personal protective equipment required.
Targeted Pay Rate$22.75 per hour.
