Registered Nurse – Infusion

Job Summary:

Provide specialized infusion nursing care to patients requiring medication administration, maintaining safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive treatment and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion therapies and monitor patient responses.
• Assess patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on infusion procedures, potential side effects, and aftercare.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient interactions.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacy teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent infusion nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infusion therapies.
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including occasional weekends.
• Certification in chemo administration preferred.
