Our client is seeking an experienced FSQA Manager to lead and maintain our Food Safety & Quality Assurance programs and ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements
.
- Manage and maintain SQF, HACCP, GMP, and FDA compliance programs.
- Lead internal audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare for and support SQF certification audits and FDA inspections.
- Oversee food safety, quality, sanitation, allergen control, and supplier approval programs.
- Investigate customer complaints, deviations, and food safety issues.
- Train employees on food safety, GMP, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of FSQA management experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQF and FDA requirements
