Jack In The Box - Up to $24.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit and ensure execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise;
Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; manage staffing and training systems;
Provide exceptional guest service with focus on food quality; respond to guest concerns and maintain brand image;
Analyze operational and financial performance; identify trends and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability;
Monitor costs and adherence to budget; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and labor laws
