Sales Associate (Budtender) – Tracy, CA

$17/hr + Tips ($25–$27/hr avg total compensation)

Garden of Eden is hiring Sales Associates (Bud tenders) for our Tracy location. This is a consultative sales + retail operations role in a fast‑paced, compliant cannabis environment.

• $17/hour + tips (average $8–$10/hour additional)

• Provide a consultative, education‑driven sales experience
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Execute compliant POS transactions (cash handling required)
• Follow all cannabis compliance regulations
• Restock and replenish inventory on the sales floor
• Process incoming inventory, including barcode labeling and organization
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Maintain product knowledge and support daily store operations

• Must be 21+ years old
• Meet all local & state cannabis employment requirements
• Flexible availability required (weekends, mornings, evenings, holidays)
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and willingness to support both sales floor and operational tasks

• Cannabis dispensary experience
• Treez POS experience
