In-Shape Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador (MEA) in California to be the heartbeat of our clubs. You will connect with members, guests, and staff, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through Fit Start and app setup.
You’ll assist with tours, retail guidance, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while upholding safety standards. CPR/First Aid may be required; bilingual skills are a plus. Flexible evenings/weekends encouraged.
