Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Tracy, CA. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. In this role you will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and demonstrating heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification, and experience, including military service. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
