Security Officer - Concierge

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. Ready to suit up as a Security Officer in a Concierge post? As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

• Set schedule:
  • 40 hours a week, Friday - Tuesday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
  • 40 hours a week, Thursday - Monday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
  • 32 hours a week, Saturday - Tuesday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience required
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
