• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, exterior areas, and perimeter access points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report access concerns in accordance with site‑specific protocols.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
