Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.;
Screen individuals, personal items, and/or permitted belongings entering and leaving designated areas in accordance with post orders and established screening protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and security-related concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to identify unauthorized activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.;
Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and/or delivery personnel regarding entry procedures, restricted items, and access requirements while supporting orderly operations.
