Licensed Security Site Supervisor – Warehouse

Tracy, CA Area

Hourly Range $26.00p/hr

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.

Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Security workforce, Scheduling and Payroll knowledge required. Minimum 2–3 years of security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry.
