Mark III Journeyman / 5th Year Electrical Trainee
Mark III is looking for carded Journeyman or carded 5th year Electrical Trainees. We are a full‑service construction company operating throughout California and Nevada. Immediate opportunities are available in the Sacramento area. Applicants must be commercially experienced, currently licensed by the State of California, and able to work with limited supervision.

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking certified Electricians for immediate opportunities in the Sacramento area. Applicants must have commercial experience, be currently licensed by the State of California, and be able to work with limited supervision.
Qualifications and Traits of a Mark III Journeyman- Current State of California license – active JW card required
- Excellent knowledge of NEC
- Experience working in a commercial setting
- Able to work with little supervision
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
- Understands the entire scope of the job
- Able to manage portions of projects and be the “right hand” to the Foreman
- Capable of forecasting tasks and materials
- Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
- Capable of doing basic take‑offs
- Able to prepare equipment and tool lists
- Experience working on large complex projects
- Ability to take initiative and be self‑sufficient
- Safety focused at all times
- Possess leadership and mentorship skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset

- Required to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Required to walk for long and short distances between worksites
- Required to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Required to pull or push using force
- Required to stand for sustained periods
- Required to bend or twist at neck and torso
- Required to crouch, squat, stoop, kneel
- Required to use and climb ladders to work from heights
- Required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts
- Required to reach above head
- Required to reach forward, grab, grasp, pinch, handle material and tools using upper extremities
- Required to lift objects from low to high positions in horizontal to vertical motions
- Required to talk, express, or exchange detailed important information by means of verbal communication
- Required to hear sounds at normal speaking level with or without correction
- Required to have visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned

Hourly Wage: $35/Hour – $45/Hour DOE
