Position: Painter / Home Service Technician
Tru Blue of central Valley located in Tracy owns and operates Tracy, Stockton & Modesto territories. Trublue Home Services Ally is a national franchise with over 120 locations that provides trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families.

What You'll Do

* Surface preparation, Prep & clean surfaces, removing old paint as needed, sanding, patching cracks and holes and repairing drywall or plaster

* Protection:
Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping using drop cloth, tarp and masking tape.

* Application:
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, sealants to interior and exterior surfaces using sprayers, brushes and rollers.

* Selection:
Select appropriate primers, paints and finishes based on the surface type and the environment.

* Painting Task:
Paint walls and ceilings, doors, trim and cabinets, exterior siding and stucco.

* Provide:
Clean Crisp transition line and corners

* Perform related general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism

* Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place

* Deliver reliable and respectful service to seniors, families and individuals

Who You Are

* 5+ years of Painting Interior & exterior

* Handyman experience

* Complete set of tools to perform task, sprayer , ladder and scaffolding as needed

* Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right

* Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction

* Comfortable working independently and within a team

* Have reliable transportation

* Have valid car insurance

* Valid driver's license

* We will run your DMV record

* We will conduct background check

* We will perform drug screen

* Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
