Overview
Diverse Technology Industrial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Supervisor for our Concrete Polishing Division
.
We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a concrete polishing crew, communicate clearly, stay organized in the field, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to DTI’s quality standards.

PayPay: $30–$38 per hour, based on experience
ScheduleSchedule: Full-time
TravelTravel: Local and out-of-state travel required, including 1–2 weeks at a time when needed
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a concrete polishing crew in the field
- Oversee daily jobsite production and crew assignments
- Communicate clearly with project management, operations, and customers when needed
- Ensure work is performed according to DTI standards and project requirements
- Help maintain accountability, professionalism, and productivity within the crew
- Operate and oversee use of concrete polishing equipment and tooling
- Drive company trucks and trailers when required
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and maintaining equipment and materials
- Identify jobsite issues early and communicate them properly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualified candidates must have:
- 3–4 years of experience in concrete polishing
- Experience leading or supervising a concrete polishing crew
- Experience with concrete staining
- Experience with polishable overlayments
- General knowledge of concrete polishing tooling and equipment, including:
- Planetary grinders
- Generators
- Electric vacuums
- Hand grinders
- Propane burnishers
- Diamond tooling
- Edge work equipment
- General concrete prep tools
- Good driving record
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state for 1–2 weeks at a time
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lead by example and hold crew members accountable
- Ability to work nights, weekends, or extended hours when project schedules require it
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, understands polished concrete systems, knows how to keep a crew moving, and can represent DTI professionally on jobsites. This person should be dependable, organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of the crew’s performance and the final quality of the project.
CompensationPay ranges from $30–$38 per hour
