Forklift Operator Warehouse

Ryder is hiring Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Tracy, California.

Warehouse positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Additional Pay:
  Hourly shift pay added when working eligible shifts
• Schedules Available: 5 days per week (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license, certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Must be punctual and have a good attendance record.

• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer.

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
