Warehouse Order Selector – Day Shift

Tracy, CA.

We are seeking a Warehouse Selector to prepare customer orders and reinforce safety. The role involves selecting orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment. This position is primarily a day shift, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Typical schedule:

Sunday–Friday, start time 10AM to 11AM. At times weekends and holidays may be required. 8+ hour shifts.

As a Night Warehouse Selector, you will prepare customer orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety. The role is integral to our success and relies on teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high‑endurance physical activities or related roles such as lifting, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work.
• Experience in selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment, preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment, preferred.

• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from ‑5° to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly and move more than 1,000 cases during each shift.
