Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join the Warehouse & Logistics team. The role manages daily operations of the Logistics Center cost‑effectively, ensuring internal and external customer needs are met, and fostering a productive working environment.

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and address employee issues.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by mentoring staff, monitoring performance against KPIs, and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision‑making.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven conflict‑resolution skills and ability to manage team dynamics for a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Compliance with background check and drug screening requirements after offer acceptance.

• Hourly rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, with competitiveness based on experience.
