Proposed Salary Range: $21,000 - $23,000 per year

Williams‑Sonoma Distribution Center – Tracy, CA is a vital part of the national supply chain. The Forklift Operator will work within a fast‑paced environment to move, stack, and stage products, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

• Work with leadership to complete all scheduled tasks by the end of each day.
• Operate forklifts (Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker) to pick, load, unload, stack, and stage products.
• Use the warehouse management system to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Complete staging and sweeping tasks with power equipment.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping of aisles and surrounding areas.
• Promote safety awareness and contribute to a safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use the warehouse management system (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify location and SKU numbers.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and quick learner.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.

• Comfortable walking/standing 100% of the day.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 75 pounds.
