Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/ Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost‑effective way, ensuring internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and elevate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against KPIs, and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision‑making.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertise in managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift at least 40 lbs, frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as needed. All selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer is accepted.

• Rate: $25.00–$28.00 per hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,600–$67,000.
