Entry-Level Automotive Parts Associate

Position Overview

We’re hiring entry‑level Parts Associates to support our fast‑moving parts operations at Carvana’s inspection center. The role includes ordering parts, identifying and recording parts needed, maintaining an orderly storage area, and receiving and picking parts for vehicles.

Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 hourly

Starting Pay: $19/hour

We are staffing for the first shift at this location. All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

First shift:
Mon‑Fri 6am‑3pm

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check
