The Order Selector is responsible for keeping store shelves stocked by selecting, palletizing, and preparing goods for shipment using a voice‑controlled system and an electric pallet jack. The role involves lifting up to 87 lbs. and working in varied environments such as freezers, refrigerators, and warehouse floors.

• Use a voice‑controlled system to select bulk grocery, frozen, and perishable products.
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets for shipment to local stores.
• Lifting and moving items up to 87 lbs. up to shoulder level and 76.5 lbs. overhead while maintaining a safety focus.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaboration with a team to drive productivity.
• Adaptability to varied work settings (freezer, refrigerator, warehouse floor, etc.).
• Physical ability to move, bend, and lift items up to 87 lbs. during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work.

Starting rates will be at least the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may receive compensation above this range. Eligible associates may also receive a quarterly bonus.
