Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this position is responsible for moving products from the Tracy, CA facility to various forward warehouses. Support the Demand Planner by following demand plan, referring issues that require escalation to Management and Sales teams, and managing workflows associated with imports and shipments.

Your Contribution to Excellence

• Manage finished goods inventory stock transfer orders to forward warehouses, ensuring on-time deliveries; communicate issues to Supply Chain and Customer Service teams
• Provide support in planning Forward Warehouse Logistics, moving products from Tracy to various outside warehouse facilities
• Coordinate with warehouses ensuring appointment requests are timely
• Enter stock transfer orders in warehouse/inventory software systems
• Communicate effectively with freight broker
• Post deliveries/stock transfers when necessary
• Complete monthly forward warehouse inventory reconciliation
• Resolve inventory discrepancies between Musco MOP system and forward warehouse software.
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong Mathematical Skills
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods manufacturing, warehouse or transportation/freight environment is preferred
• Strong Communication Skills, able to work well & communicate with multiple departments/personalities
• Bilingual in English & Spanish; proficient in writing, reading, and speaking both
• Experience in Inventory Planning, Transportation and/or Demand Planning
