At Trail Appliances, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and repair various appliances, ensuring superior service in every interaction. This position requires a dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, combined with strong mechanical skills. As you work in customers' homes, the role involves timely communication about repairs and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and repair laundry, kitchen, and refrigeration appliances

• Recommend and order necessary parts for repairs

• Complete paperwork per company standards promptly

• Maintain a clean vehicle and work environment

• Provide courteous service at customer touchpoints

Requirements:

• Appliance Service Technician Certificate of Qualification or apprenticeship enrollment

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract

• Minimum 3 years experience servicing major appliance brands

• C Gas Ticket and CFC/ODS Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
