Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital offers a Casual Out-Patient Scheduling Booking Clerk role in Trail, B.C. Experience scheduling, data entry, and clerical tasks in this rewarding position.

This clerical position provides vital support in scheduling and booking out-patient appointments. As a casual team member, you will gain experience across various administrative duties with flexible shifts, Monday to Friday. Your contributions will aid in smooth operations and enhance patient care within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and book out-patient appointments efficiently

• Perform receptionist functions and manage data entry

• Maintain organized filing and requisition necessary supplies

• Execute typing tasks meeting standards with accuracy

• Assist with various clerical and related duties

Requirements:

• Completed a 5-minute typing test (45+ NWPM)

• Medical Terminology Certificate required

• Two years recent related experience or equivalent

• Availability for on-call casual work during weekdays

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
