In this strategic position, you will harness your extensive design experience of 8+ years and leadership skills to develop trail run apparel. You'll partner across teams to create high-performance gear, translating complex insights into streamlined designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create advanced solutions for women's trail running apparel

• Collaborate closely with athletes and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

• At least 8 years of design experience; 2 years in leadership roles

• Proficient in Adobe Suite and CLO3D

• Innovative thinker with strong teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent planning abilities
