Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders on HR initiatives

• Coordinate labour relations practices effectively

• Administer P&C documentation with precision

• Lead recruitment processes for diverse roles

• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• High integrity in handling sensitive matters
