Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development for Builder KAMs and set performance expectations
• Implement structured sales processes and workflows regionally
• Conduct quarterly sales reviews and supplier sessions
• Analyze sales activity to ensure accountability and results
• Oversee quoting, pricing, and contract execution
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing sales teams in residential construction
• Strong performance management and leadership capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
