Skills Needed: Your mail role will be to assist guests to exceed their expectations when assisting them, as well as take care of guests complaints, through the
coordination and support of the different departments involved, always providing an excellence service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receive and follow up guest complains.
- Receive check in/out VIP guests; make sure the room assigned receives all VIP amenities and answer to guest expectations. Follow up during stay.
- Coordinate special events, groups and weddings.
- Perform Site Inspections and prepare the report to be sent to the Corporative office.
- Make reservations for the Specialty restaurants.
- Follow up the amenities for honeymoon, VIP and our resorts Vacationers are deliver and set up correctly.
- Give correct information of the internal and external services of the hotel
- Make sure VIP rooms are in excellent conditions.
- Open and close Guest Service Desk as schedule.
- Follow up the procedures by applying the work instructions.
- Create good working relationships with every employee of every department of the hotel in order to keep a good service and promote a good work environment.
- Wear the uniform and name tag correctly.
- Participate in the evening shows.

Hold up, it gets better. Remember that flight to paradise? After 6 months, the resort is offering up to $400 USD back for your flight costs and if you decide to stay for 12 months, you’ll get up to $1000 USD back. Plus the costs of your Visa will be covered by the resort if you complete your contract term.

Plus, no worries about getting to the resort from the airport once you arrive – the resort will have your transportation sorted.
