You do not need any prior construction or home improvement experience to succeed here. We will teach you how our business works. Your primary focus will be answering incoming customer calls, understanding their home repair needs, educating them on our service model, and matching them with the right craftsmen. WhatSuccess Looks Like
In this role, success is measured by how efficiently you manage our daily logistics and how well you care for our customers. Your daily and long-term responsibilities include:
- Daily Scheduling and Logistics: You will manage the calendars and travel routes for multiple craftsmen, ensuring they are matched with projects that fit their skills and location.
- Customer
Education:
You will respond to new job leads quickly, explain our services and pricing clearly, and help customers feel confident choosing us for their home repairs. - Software and Dispatch: You will use our dispatching and schedule management software to keep our operations accurate and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: You will handle basic paperwork, filing, and customer follow-up calls, while working closely with the management team to solve daily operational challenges.
- Long-term Growth: Over time, you will master our business model, build strong relationships with our field staff, and take on more leadership responsibilities.

RequiredSkills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant, scheduling, or customer service role
- Comfortable learning and using new technology and software applications
- Comfortable discussing services and pricing with customers (basic sales comfort)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
- Solid typing skills
- Experience working in a direct customer-facing role
- Ten-key typing skills
- A basic understanding of sales or marketing principles
