Construction Project Manager

This is a full‑time, role for a Construction Project Manager, based in Traverse City, MI. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of residential new construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Additionally, the role involves regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues on‑site.

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Experience leading multiple teams and projects
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
  
  Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Northern Michigan market is a plus
• Comfortable utilizing technology on a daily basis
• Available as needed to troubleshoot unexpected issues as they arise

$80-110K/annually (Wage to commensurate with experience)
