As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow a sales territory by developing relationships with contractors, builders, concrete professionals, and construction companies.

• Growing sales within an assigned territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Calling on contractors, builders, developers, and construction professionals
• Conducting regular customer visits and jobsite visits to identify upcoming project opportunities
• Providing product recommendations, pricing, and construction material solutions
• Preparing quotes, following up on bids, and closing sales opportunities
• Developing new business while expanding existing customer accounts
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service
• Monitoring local construction activity, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
• Representing Concrete Central at industry events, trade shows, contractor associations, and networking functions

• Experience in outside sales, territory sales, contractor sales, construction sales, building materials sales, industrial sales, or related industries
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow customer accounts
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Understanding of construction projects, jobsite operations, and contractor needs
• Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus
• Valid driver's license
