Position: Residential New Construction Project Manager

Job Title Residential New Construction Project Manager Job Role s and Responsibilities

  • Manage residential construction projects from planning through final completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, labor, and materials to ensure timely execution.
  • Review blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
  • Monitor project budgets, job costs, and overall project profitability.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to track progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Identify potential project risks and provide effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, purchasing, and field teams for smooth project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize construction management software and tools to track project progress and documentation.
Qualifications And Certifications
  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
  • Experience with residential new construction projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, or related construction trades preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labor, and resources.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with builders, contractors, homeowners, and field teams.
  • Experience with construction management software such as Service Titan or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project priorities.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
