Project Manager, Project & Program Management

We are working with a highly respected Michigan-based construction management and general contracting firm with deep roots in the commercial and institutional construction market. The Project Manager manages the conduct and performance of the construction project, including administration, control, and application of resources, safety, and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects in Traverse City, Michigan.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and other vendors to complete projects.
• Provide administrative leadership and coordination of the project team to achieve corporate and project goals.
• Ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of project safety programs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the project quality control program.
• Make appropriate recommendations to management for individual and team training.

What You'll Need

• Commercial construction experience serving as either a Project Manager or an Estimator.
• Experience leading projects from the preconstruction phase through to completion.
