gpac is assisting on a confidential Level 2 Superintendent role in Traverse City, MI. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily/multi-unit construction with a strong ground-up commercial background and proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.
Experience with mixed-use or retail projects is highly preferred, and Procore experience is a plus. OSHA 30 is preferred but not required.
