A well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Level 2 Superintendent to join their growing team in Northern Michigan.
What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of multifamily / multi-unit construction experience
- Strong ground-up commercial construction background
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, site coordination, and multiple trades
- Mixed-use and/or retail experience strongly preferred
- Procore experience preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred, but not required

This is not a generic commercial Superintendent opening. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading multifamily/multi-unit projects and be ready to take ownership of projects in a highly desirable Northern Michigan market.
