As a Full-Time Service Assistant at BMW of Traverse City, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their service needs. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and providing clear communication about service options and timelines. You will support the service team in processing service orders, ensuring that vehicles are efficiently checked in and prepared for service.
